A new build summer house prefabricated during the winter season and erected during the summer months located at the highest point (15m) of a 2.5 hectare island in the Helsinki archipelago. The plan is based on the module of a standard photo-voltaic panel, 12 of which provide sufficient energy during the daylight seasons.
